- Brick color with slow forming legs and aromas of tobacco, prune, fig and violet and has flavours of raisin, mushroom, menthol, violet and licorice anise - Opened this ahead of the two non reserve CS from Michel 1991 because of community comments. Color is more violet/brick than just brick. The wine does not appear oxidized. The cork broke off upon opening and while there was no leakage clearly the lower portion of the cork was not in great shape. The legs form like a sheen and hang on the side for thirty seconds.

Pol Roger Tasting (Sunfish Cellars): Purchased about a month ago from WTSO. Clearly in decline. Old oxidized wine. Asked for my money back.
