Nice light gold color. Yeasty toasty almond Peach nose. Lots of bubbles still. The bubbles are small and smooth. Peach pear nutty toasted flavors on the palate. Very smooth. Long finish. Drinking beautifully. Nice complexity. can age further if you want as long as you don't mind the oxidation. Incredible showing.

Clear yellow, nice mousse. Apple, lemon, slightly sweet nose. Apple flavours and a slightly sweet light finish. Nice sparkling wine and Kosher as well. Interesting for certain and good quality as well.

Bill's Monthly Lunch - May 2011: Tasted blind – Light straw colour. Apples on the nose with some yeasty notes too. Flavours of green apple on the palate with sharp acidity and hints of autolytic characters. Quite tart and lean in the mouth compared to the Gosset. Hints of dried banana coming through on the finish. Good.

A very nice bottle, good, seemingly never-ending bubbles, nice Chardonnay fruit throughout, not too sweet, beautiful straw color, can definitely be served with a meal, not just for New Year's eve! 4.5/5 stars.
