Taste at Elysian. Lovely deep rustic ruby red color. Nose shows some nice earthy forest floor, big spicy raspberries and some lighter black and pink pepper corn notes. Super lush and smooth. Lots of earth driven minerals and rustic barnyardy red berries. A fine example of New World Pinot made in an elegant style with feminine finesse. Immediate fan of this producer. Really enjoyed the Burgundian approach.
