  鼻显得比较丰润圆整，有奶油和奶酪的油润感，果味有陈年带来的复杂感，但还保持了不错的新鲜果味，有菠萝、苹果、无花果干还有一定的果脯等，中后段还有些煤油味和些许微咸。入口比较舒服，整体感觉还有明亮感，有阿尔萨斯特有的油润感，酸度较高，集中在舌中后段扩散，持续时间很长，酒液入喉后还能停留，美中不足的是有些平且比较分散。蜂蜡还有点有点消毒水味，果味不张扬，中间有些苹果脯、桃杏脯和点点菠萝，比较肥润，中后段带些有点清新的青瓜，但是有点软，余味较长。（90/100）

  Really nice bottle! Perfectly balanced some sweetness but upheld with good acidity. Nose of petrol, Meyer lemon, honey, and an afterthought of mint jelly. Honied lemon wih a burnt marshmallow. Mouthfeel was very nice with a long finish of butterscotch and burnt creme brûlée.
