  Off restaurant wine list, very reasonable price, decanted, tasted over 2 hrs
  -moderate bricking dark murky
  -rich blend of earth cherry and tertiary forest floor elements
  -med/med- acidity, rich diffusely dense and earthy mid-palate with mostly dusty earth faint cherry, no overt oak, finish a bit dried out
  -a bit clunky and dense but quite pleasant fully mature Burg

  Good dark color going tawny with strong wet earthy aromas pushing coffee, cocoa, and blackfruit. High acids holding together cranberry, coffee, and mint. The finish is bracingly dry and lingering. This wine is still very well holing together. Very muscular so let it decant for hours.
