For me, this Gewerz is unlike any other out of the WV. It provides the best example I've had of a wine that conveys the mineral qualities of the vineyard along side the fruit. And those who shy away from sweet wines should not worry about this one. I paired this with a hearty split pea soup. Give it 30-60 minutes to reach its full potential.

2005 Gewurztraminer Willamette Valley $18. Not overly sweet, and a dry wine. Tasted with Brian at the winery.
