Fedway Tasting (The Palace, Somerset, NJ): Clean acid, some oak. Not a bad example of this style... but will people like it? A bit creamier than an un-oaked Sauv Blanc. Straightforward.

At the end of the night, after a great evening, I finished a taste. This was primarily used for cooking. Crystal clear. Yeasty nose. On the palate, sour grapefruit, and vanilla. Not bad, but not great.

Nice clean and floral nose. Crisp and fruity with some oak, a little creamier than I would have expected. Pretty good.
