This was great. Palest yellow in the glass, it smells and tastes the way I wish Sauvignon Blanc always did. (Think Cloudy Bay or St. Clair, or the platonic ideal thereof...) Medium bodied, powerful acidity, herbaceous, and delicious with both shrimp scampi (+tomatoes) and fish, over two successive nights. My wife instructed me to remember the name, vintage, and grape because she wanted more of it, so, it's not just me...

100% organically farmed Verdejo. Citrus and melon, dry and acidic. Good but I like the Con Class blend bette, particularly for the price. ( D 6, F 5.5; Cent., ES)

Chronicle: melons and citrus in a refreshing style. This excellent value offers surprising complexity for a wine of its humble price. Very tasty!
