Slow oxed for 5 hours before serving which is appropriate. Honeysuckle, white flowers, flint, honey and stone fruit. Very good power and length backed up vibrant acidity. Loved the concentration of this Roulot which speaks about the terroir and vintage. It evolved throughout the night.

La Paulée de New York Gala Dinner (Pier Sixty, Chelsea Piers - New York NY): Small glass, brief note. 3L from the domaine. Fresh and cooked apple with delicate floral and spice notes. Seems subdued to start, but this goes on and on and on. Great length and the textures behind it.
