Great 1er Cru NSG from a terrific consistent vigneron.

Licorice, dark fruit...excellent structure. Not over ripe to me. Needs some time.
A little too much of everything. Heavy on the nose and palate. Too much present alcohol and overripe fruit. A-typical Burgundy. Not a bad wine but no Burgundian greatness.
Pop and pour then drank over two hours. Subtle red fruit with dark fruit layers. Very balanced.
DK brought it to BZ going away party. Great and its all but ready.
