Just delightful. That great use of French oak. Hints of wood, apple and butter on the nose this time, with rich tropical buttery fruits in the mouth. Still always has the rich acidity to counteract the rich fruit.
Bright straw, brilliant color. An aromatic and very effervescent nose of lime soda with starfruit (the initial nose showed some oak but this blows off after about 10-15 minutes in the glass). The palate is vibrant, with a bracing acidity, with flavors of orchard fruits and rose's lime juice cordial. Finishes crisply, very crisply. This is a complex and delicious wine.
