Glass: Riedel Vinum Shiraz Drunk over 2 days without decanting. Clear, medium+ purple/garnet color, very few fine grained sediment. Beautiful, intense and fully developed nose with lots of ripe red and dark berries, smoke, hints of blood and oak. Dry, medium acidity and medium+ alcohol. It is full bodied without being fat, medium intense flavors and has a medium finish. Surprisingly good and reminds me of a medium+ C9dP and is quite comparable with it. Very good PQR and despite it is at its peak now I believe that it stays there for several more years.

Nose: Rich Black Currants, Wild Berries and Blacberry tart. Hints of earth, soil and iron/metal. Palate: Full bodied and loaded with chalky tanins, needs to decant for 2-3 hours. Great flavor profiles and hits on all fruit and earth components you might expect. Finish: Falls off a bit, but good black fruit roll up flavors that stick, but are not at all candied. Great wine.

Minerality with bright red fruits. To me really works at $19 but everyone else in the room seems to hate it.

Quite a bit more feminine. Tomato leaf. A delicate expression of Cab that I really like. So pretty.
