    (COPPOLA SOFIA BLANC DE BLANCS) #7; COLOR-great bubbles; NOSE-extremely fruity, pineapple, dried apricots, tropical (fig, papaya, mango) LOVE the nose, TASTE-a little over sugarfied & bitter on the finish for me, but many would like it, a fun sparkler, beautiful pineapple and silky, disjointed from mid-palate on; GV-87
