10 year old GF pinot? Didn't know what to expect. Still had plenty of fruit and very well integrated with hints of spice and complexity. A little past its prime fruit days, but very enjoyable and perfect with our Turkey Day meal

Medium ruby/garnet; developing red fruits, pretty nose if not especially complex; medium bodied, well balanced with integrated alcohol and tannins, moderate acidity; seemed a bit thin at first but opened out as a pretty middle-weight - no doubt Cali Pinotphiles would find this way past its prime, but its relatively relaxed approach with sweet fruit and subtle notes of spice and torrefaction offered a very pleasant, honest drink; thoroughly enjoyable and not pretentious, but time to drink.

Still a quality wine though past the flower of fruit. Smooth and silky texture, little fruit and a subtle finish of tobacco and jammy, black plum. Sorry to have waited this long.

Didn't feel this was particularly on the slide, but a very primary, plummy fruit and rather high extracted wine. Clearly well made and the fruit is nice and rich but there isn't so much in the way of complexity or structure here.

Past it's prime, but still holds on to those GF characteristics of delicate fruit with a smooth finish.
