Brown Bag Wine Dinner at Two Chefs (TWO CHEFS, MIAMI, FL): The wine looks light gold colored. The legs are medium. It smells like lemon, lime, apple, mineral, honeysuckle, biscuit, and honey. The body is medium/full. The wine has juicy texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has high acidity. Mark's Bubbly(me). We all rated this well, in contradistinction to other CT reviews. Showed well after the 06 Pol Roger Extra Cuvee de Reserve. A few realized it not Champagne, but not most. I was pleasantly surprised. IT IS NOT OVER THE HILL! It smells like biscuity.

Light gold. Some bubbles when poured but not making much of an impression in the mouth. Not much on the nose either. Like a mature Champagne, nutty, good depth of flavor and length. Perhaps the storage of this was compromised or the vintage wasn't that good as the 2002 of this I had a little over a month ago seemed much more expressive.
