I'm perhaps scoring this a touch higher than warranted based on the reputation of the producer, but overall, this is a nice bottle at a reasonable price point that should be consumed now if you still have it. Color is only a medium yellow gold hue, I was frankly expecting something a couple of shades darker. On the nose you do not get classic Burgundy, much more American: oak, soft notes of peach, fresh apples, with pleasant white and yellow floral tones, all blending into a very approachable, but not terribly complex wine. Viscosity and acidity are both medium at this point - the wine is appropriately "soft." I'm not sure that even in its peak this was ever an elite offering - probably not. But it is a nice entry level white burgundy that I do not regret buying, and allows you explore the spectrum of Leflaive's offerings (can't drink a Batard every day).

Ripe Chardonnay, apple, lemon and some exotic fruits with a certain bitterness. This is drinking well, would not wait too long to finish the last bottles.
