Delicious. Bricked at the rim, sure, but cedary and floral and red-fruited, sweet in the front but surprising savoriness/richness in the midpalate, resolved structure with just enough acid to balance the damn thing and not a hint of pruniness or dryness. You could spend days sniffing this. Elegant, delicious, and by far the best birth year wine I've ever had. Lasted for days with only a slow decline, so plenty of life yet. Must be buffered by the 33% petite sirah.
