  Dark deep red. Nose had cherry and cranberry and a little menthol. Taste had cherry earthy leather and coffee. Smooth and balanced a good food wine would serve with seafood

  Dark red color. Medium body but light mouthfeel. Nose of black fruit with the slightest touch of alcoholic heat. Starts off smooth with some fruit, mid-palate brings some acidity, and a relatively long finish is punctuated with a note of spice from the syrah in the blend.

  Given other reviews, had low expectations which were easily surpassed. Very smooth, not too fruit forward but still present. Good balance. Not a long finish but pleasant to the palate. Would definitely drink another bottle if we had one.
