P&P. really good showing tonight. bright golden colour. The nose exhales candied lemon, chalk, white flowers and a bit of honey. Quite typical of a mature Chablis. the palate shows balance and poise. fully ready but should stay there for a couple of years at least.

Bill's Monthly Lunch - November 2012 (Vancouver, BC): Tasted blind – medium yellow colour. Citrus and oxidized apple on the nose. Soft entry but a great blast of acidity on the back end adds some freshness. Has a rich, slightly oily mouthfeel. Chard was guessed but nobody guessed Chablis. This was very nice but didn’t show much Chablis typicity. Drinking well now. Very good.

Bill's Monthly Lunch - October 2011 (Vancouver, BC): Tasted blind – light yellow in colour. Nose of toasty oak, soft and sour citrus with hints of development. In the mouth there’s some richness but with good acidity and flavours of lemon and nice minerality. Medium length finish which has notes of lemon zest. Overall this is a really nice blend of richness, acidity and freshness with a little bit of development. Drinking very now and will likely continue to develop for another 3-5 years. Excellent. 90+

Display nice Chablis character, with minerals and herbs and a fresh profile. Well-structured on the palate, with a medium finish revealing citrus and almonds. Drink from now until 2015.

Very good Chablis on the rich side. Very appealing nose, rich on the palate but the acidity provides structure and length. Drink or hold.
