  Another try of the 1981 Kirwan, and this bottle had more freshness than the bottle tried the other day and it was acutally slightly better than the Leoville Las Cases 1981 that I also had tonight.
  This bottle was perfectly stored since release. If you have a bottle you need to drink it now.

  All were past their peak. The tannins were gone, the fruit had faded and the power was long gone. But at the same time all three were still enjoyable. 89 without food, 90 with food.
  Perfectly stored since release.
