Pale straw with muted mineral/petrol nose, fruit somewhat muted, but some citrus components lingering within the predominantly mineral taste. It's really pretty decent but doesn't compare with the more serious white Bordeaux that I've recently picked up at Binnys for ridiculously low prices.

Quick tasting in store from the plastic cup. Wine was slightly warm. Nonetheless, the combination of oak and minerality, and subdued fruit appealed. Very different from the tropical SBs of CA.

If you keep your expectations low, this is just fine. A good, solid, white bordeaux which likes being cold and likes food.
