Danish Invasion - part V(?): Still very primary, with just a int of development. This wine was all about sweet fruit and lush ripe body. Hint of the herbs and spices that make it much more complex than the first sip suggests. Drinking well but in no hurry to age. Perhaps simple when faced against a single vineyard wine but a simple pleasure is a wonderful thing.
Deep purple in color and quite opaque. This really opened up after a couple of hours. Let it breathe in a decanter if you can. Beautiful dark fruit nose, nice spice and pepper notes. Tannins are really smooth. Really drinking well right now.
