  Deep color. This is slightly corked. The nose shows aromas of dark berries, flowers, spice, earth and a hint of nutty oak. This is medium full bodied on the palate with excellent concentration and good class. The fairly long finish features ripe tannins and plenty of acidity.

  Classic and approachable, though still on the young side of its plateau, this has lots of nuitsy iron and meaty, greenish animal quality, pretty mellow, good mid-palate which has yet to fully blossom, sneaky length, a good wine which drinks really well right now but will keep and improve a bit.
