This wine is dark as Inc. It is also slightly opaque and just barely translucent. Strangely the flavor profile is very red like pomegranate at the beginning but quickly darkens up with heavy fruit, chewy tannins, grape seeds, and some coffee. I find the acidity stark and pushed forward throughout even in the finish.
