Beautiful nose of meat roasted with the sweetest black cherries and herb switches! Medium-bodied and so, so silky! This is still bright and fresh and delicious as can be, but may have lost some intensity. Sweet cherry cough drops, rosemary and thyme. Just excellent! 92

Red with a thin brownish edge, medium intensity. Developed to mature medium(+) intensity soft nose. Smoke, dark berries, a bit perfumed, garrigue, green pepper. Dry, medium(+) acidity, medium(+) polished tannins, full bodied. Lifefull. Starts as soft velvet, then a nice bite of acidity. Structure, balance, developed flavours. Interwoven flavours. Very good length, filled with dark fruit. After about an hour in the glass; smoky charcuterie and meaty notes added. Graillot at its best!

Nicely developed with red fruits (raspberries, lingonberries and cherries), a touch of violet and charcuterie in the nose Charcuterie tones also on the palate, fresh acidity, red fruit, a bit of tar and a long balanced aftertaste

It's a little funky right away when opening it, but settles down quite fast and becomes rather wonderful then. Still drinking beautifully two days later, and regretfully it's my last bottle. Would have wished for a couple more

(Alain Graillot Crozes-Hermitage) Dark red violet color; tart plum graphite, pepper and touch of olive on nose; great pepper and tart plum palate with depth and fine tannins; medium-plus finish
