  This was delicious. It's really come into a very good place. The nose was all strawberries and cherries laced with a bit of the mineral. In the mouth it was bright and fresh. There was nice length and good, though certainly not profound, complexity.

  Drank in two parts separated by a week. The second half was transferred to a 375 ml bottle and stored in the fridge. This was highly rated by Asimov and his crew. On this try, I found it to be foursquare, dense, ripe, and sound, but one dimensional. A week later... Finished off the other bottle tonight. It was probably better than the first try with more plushness to the fruit. Also, there was a slightly more herbal/veg note that came about. Yes, overall, this ended up a more complex wine.
