Reiterating what the most recent reviewer said: this wine is in a great spot, drinking beautifully with no signs of age. Benefitted from a 30 minute decant and held up well all night. At its peak? Probably, but I don't feel in a rush to drink the other bottles

Pleasantly surprised. Don't think it's over the hill. Very pleasant distinctive nose. Full-bodied but smooth and integrated fruit. Long finish. A mix of new-world and old, and cab and syrah.

Impressive nose and a fairly spicy wine. Gave it a few hours. Distinct graphite back end - not necessarily what I like. Full-bodied, dusty, muted fruit. Not sure if over the hill. Son just returned from hiking Aconcagua so popped the bottle.

May be past its prime. Lots of graphite and scorched earth. Our palate taster noted spicy fruits. A very black "goth" style wine.
