White and champagne theme: Late disgorgement I believe, so this was incredibly fresh with few tertiary notes. Driven and pure citrus fruit, very high acidity. Not familiar with this maker but extremely pleasurable in a house-style sense.

A delicious champagne and a great way to start a superb dinner at Le Gavroche , London. Rich, well evolved, very much a vinous champagne, well matured but far cry of being passed or tired. On top of all had a lightness to it , almost an effortless wine on the palate but impressively complex. Solid 94 and better one has this sooner than later.

Wonderful PnP experience!
Impressively deep nose of matured papaya, yellow apples, roasted hazelnuts, mushrooms and even a hint of green-ish almonds.
Very precise and focused palate of citrus, lemon, green apples and more mature, ripe fruit. Endless, nutty finish. Crunchy but rounded acidity, and much less bold in fruit than the NV Femme i tasted recently.
This bottle was in a perfect place, mature but still so elegant and fresh. Must be the best champagne i have had. A real eye opener!
