  Hard to rate this one accurately. Made mimosa's with it.
  They were yummy with the CA orange juice and the yeasty Blanc de Noir.

  Very smooth mouthfeel with a subtle creaminess. Flavors of apple, pear, and a little strawberry. Soft finish. Should pair well with scallops and fish.

  Pale straw in color, yeasty nose & palate, good minerality, creamy finsih... very French tasting actually. A touch of apple and lemon, but not a ton of fruit or acid. Drinking well right now -- very good wine.
