Denne flasken, nr 2 av 2, åpnet en fin fjerde søndag i advent til flatbiff av Simmental-kalv, forsiktig glasserte grønnsaker og rødvinssaus. Flott farve mot mursteinsrød. Floral, flott parfyme på nesen. Sure kirsebær så der står etter, nesten mot rødrips. Svake eikearomaer, men bare godt. Sursøt i munnen, silkemyk, innsmigrende (nok en gang), delikat - krydret ettersmak. Vanskelig å få denne flasken til å vare, gitt...

Mature Burgundy (At Franks house): Smell: Cheese (Brie), liqurice faint aromas. Look: Medium purple to red. Blured. Taste: Lemon, strawberries. Round taninstructure, cool not structured where the different tastes are all over the place. Not firm as expected from a typical Burgundy. Enjoyable and refreshing but overpriced.

Enjoyed with steak of venison. Red berries, the oak has softened. Very nice, but could have been even more mellow. The last bottle will be left alone for a few years.
