Bright deep yellow color with high viscosity. Attractive nose of apple and peach. The nose was notably more developed than the 1989 I had 6 months ago. The flavors followed the nose and were buttressed nicely by strong acidity and great length. It has an unusual flavor profile for a Cote Dior wine. Almost comes across as a Cotat savignon blanc style. However, this was an attractive, if not blow away, wine. It certainly benefited form 2 hours of air and should be strong for at least 5 years if well stored.
