Light yellow/gold. Nice mid wieght nose of flowers, stone fruit and lemons. Slightly sweet peach and citrus flavours and a soft but balanced finish. Mersault like IMHO.

Medium yellow. Great Chardonnay nose, tropicl fruit, apple, lemon and just the right amount of oak. Really nice structured palate and a long dry finish. I can't beleive I hated a previous bottle. Very good French style Chardonnay.

With added age this wine is more tart than earlier samples. You catch the sweetness at the edges, but the predominant tastes are lime and muted grapefruit. Very little, if any , oak. But no lingering metallic aftertaste as is common in many unoaked chardonnays.
