  Fin moden lukt med hengt kjøtt, sopp og litt aceton. Rik smak med tydelig modning, men fortsatt en del frukt. Passe moden for min smak. Her hatt godt av noen timer i flaske. Moreller. 3 dager i flaske: Solid mørk og flott, ingen aceton i dag. Rustikk. Tørka morell. Solid syre. Fortsatt gode tanniner

  I decanted this for about three hours, and it was terrific. The nose is warm and inviting, with spice notes. The palate shows sappy red fruits, from cherry to raspberry, and a strong balsamic element. This is still youthful, with structure and grip to the palate, while the sides show some very slight softening. Many years to go. Drinking very nicely with some air. With lemon-basil shredded beef, in the Berkshires, during the snow.

  Litt lukket rett etter åpning. Faste tanniner med lett fruk og mild vanilje . Osp, fast , god syre. 1 dag i flaske: fyldig frukt med nype og tobakk. Opp fra i går. 2 dager: noe svakere i dag, litt flat
