NobleRottersSydney - McWilliams & Orlando (Darling Mills, Glebe): A deep opaque red. Fruit is still lean, but this is more in the nature of varietal cabernet than under-ripe shiraz. Quite inky aromas are present. A muhc more ‘together’ wine than the shiraz, with a better balanced finish and length, a mid-palate hole not withstanding.
