  Drank on New Years eve and it was sublime. A perfect champagne with lush fruit, microscopic carbonation, tremendous balance and an absolute delight in EVERY sense of the word.
  Had after a 2000 Billecart-Salmon and a 99 Dom. And this blew them both away!
  It was my first experience with the Fleur, and it was so wonderful, I think I will start to pursue them.
  Outstanding!
