(Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut) Refined. Nutty. Iodine-seaweed notes on the nose, which I find very appealing. Served a little too cold. More iodine and sea salt character, herbal, gentle but slightly sherbetty mousse. Firm acidity. Firm finish too. Rather green, and angular though. Needs 4-5 years at least, then we shall see.
