  • Aged in French oak puncheons for seven years, the Yalumba Museum Release Victoria Dessert Muscat is the color of deep mahogany with enveloping notes of Dalmatia Orange Fig Spread, burnt sugar, toasted nuts, and black raisins. Silky and concentrated on the palate, with medium plus acidity to lend balance to weight, it finishes spectacularly with notes of spice and Medjool dates. Scrumptious paired with a brown butter walnut pie for dessert.

  • Rich brown to amber colour. Very generous, and persistant, nose of golden raisins, fig, rancio, caramel, tangerine. Sweet and quite viscous - raisin/fig flavours - upfront. Surge of tangerine and alcoholic heat. Followed by very nice lemony acidity, then back to a long fig/raisin finish. Sweet nicely balanced, alcohol just within balance. Not unlike a medium-sweet maderia.
