suprisingly enjoyable. Wonder where it was bulked in from? Odd that this still pops up and there is still so much of it around. Would be interested to know the back story.

A good value wine, went well with my enchiladas. :) For the price it is quite good. None of that "cheap wine" smell or taste (misplaced acidity and sweetness.) Not running out to buy more, but I respect the good value that it is.

Strange, offputting sweetness when you first open it. But that's just because the wine needs time to breathe. If you decant for about 30-60 minutes, a dark, brooding WA cab comes to life, with plenty of round fruit flavors and nice minerality. But be careful, it will start to become flat again after about 2 hr. out of the bottle. Great with a casual steak on a weekday night.
