  Good level of dark fruit, and length of finish, but goodness still just so much tannin. This needs to rest for some time.
  Note: the cork was somewhat dry and did split, but recovered second half successfully.

  Slightly cloudy deep garnet, beautiful bouquet of roses, black cherry, iron and forest floor, deep dark fruit on the attack followed by juicy ripe red berry fruit, mineral infused finish with lingering earthy red fruit, subtle spice, dusty tannins and more
  
  Note: Open with a friend, a night in the fridge did not do this burg any favors

  Garnet color. Nice nose. Lots of earth and acid on palate. A great wine for food pairing. Still plenty of fruit. Took 3 hours to reach its peak.

  Has some depth and character. Starting to drink well. Rather classic Burgundy, not great, but very respectable.
