Community Tasting Notes (1) Avg Score: 90 points

  • A ripe and mature Pinot that is drinking well but seems a few years past its prime. Dark red in color, medium in body, nose of prune and graphite. Tastes of plum, rosemary, cloves, and dill, with a pleasant through brief finish. 13.5% alcohol. This seemed a bit one-dimensional for a Premier Cru, but it may have been the vintage, bottle, or age - regardless, drink now.
