  About a week later after drinking, so no details. Pretty on open but was glorious after about 4 hours right up to the last sip. The final ounce I saved was brimming with beautiful harmonious fruit in a forest blanket. It was a reputedly mediocre vintage but just goes to show, buy the producer not the vintage. Let us proclaim the mystery. This still has a story to tell.

  So I left this corked and at a cool temp for a few hours and tasted again and this was almost all acidity and no fruit. Shiiiiiite! What the hell happened? This fell off a cliff in a huge way. If you have these, open and guzzle before the fruit disappears.
