Double decanted for three hours, served at room temperature. Color: Light Red. Nose: Barnyard, Lingonberry, Strawberry, Cinnamon, Floral notes. Palate: see nose. Finish: Medium. Tannins: Low. Alcohol: 13 % well integrated. Light to medium bodied mouthfeel with initial red fruit. Mid-palate adds baking spices transitioning into an earthy finish with underlining floral notes. A textbook Burgundian PN with good pricing considering the region. 88-89 points.

Medium Minus depth of colour Very expressive, complex nose of Timber, Straw, curry spices Similarly complex flavors on a solid support of structure, tannin and acid. This was most people's favourite wine of the tasting
Nose: It smells like sticking your nose in a babies dirty loaded daiper. After he ate rotten eggs. It is a BRETT BOMB. Taste: Sour. A bit of fruit is starting to come through, but honestly, this is not wine that I think even most Burgundy drinkers who like this characteristic are going to like. This is poopy. Very poopy. Mouth feel is not bad though.
