Weil Gräfenberg vertical 2003-2013 (Restaurant 360 Grad, Limburg/Lahn): Popped and poured. Clear, youthful medium golden color. Clean, herbaceous, youthful nose. On the palate the wine can't deny the warm vintag. Warm, ripe fruit, a bit broad and chubby, medium acidity, but also very balanced, phenolic, nice structure and length. Drink now. 92

Weil’s 2003 Kiedrich Gräfenberg EG zeigte ebenfalls die Popcorn- und Reisnote in der Nase wie Wittmann‘s Morstein 2005. Dieser so schwierige Jahrgang 2003 kann schon altern, wenn auch sicherlich nicht im allgemeinen. 93

(zum Krug, Hattenheim) Magnificent nose with grapes, minerals, a rich touch of raisins and a playful smoky, roasted, spicy dimension, at times reminiscent of charcoal and grilled steak. Just great. A firm, elegant and even slim taste, yet following up perfectly on the wonderful nose, with good acidity and balance. And of course an excellent food wine, caught at just the right moment.
