Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • This could sit for a while and be the better for it, but was very good tonight. Dry to semi-dry, tart and rich at the same time. Tastes likea riesling all the way through but reminiscent of a sauvignon blanc or a good chablis, is that makes sense. Austerely fruity -- grany smith apples, maybe. $22. Had with cassolet Christmas eve, and it went as well as the Southern Rhone we also had.
