Not a show stopper, but decent. Full, round nose of dark red currants and a pleasant earthiness. The wine improved and balanced out over the course of about 3 hours. There are better vintages of Chateau Lascombes than the 2007, but perhaps it is not so bad as some of the critics rated it early in its life. I would drink it again.

Last bottle tonight ! A Great Taste. Take it now out of your cellar. Enjoy and think for the money you bought it back in the good old Boudreaux value times.

Decant 30 min, drank over 2h. With grilled red meat, bea, fries, etc.
Mature, dry, good acidity in balance with tannins. Fruit more towards library, sadle and dust. Still dark berries, cassis.
Can keep it for 5y to really bite the old cowboy saddle and dust. But it is good now with meat.
