I don’t think I can drink this if I weren’t eating a thick slice of meat. Equal proportions of red and black fruit today, you are starting to see some transition in its profile now but still, it’s jammy, full of ripe plums, sweet currants, honey and a ton of smoky bacon fat. Objectively speaking, the stuffing is truly immense here, probably can last for another 15-20 years or more. Still lots of fruit and development going on, a work in progress. But yea, syrupy in one word.

Dark ruby. On the nose, exhibits figs with hints of cedar and smoke. Taste is dominated by anise, cloves, black currant, and blackberry with very fresh acidity. It's not well balanced in my opinion, likely needs more cellaring.

Big boy wine with lots of dark chocolate density, spice, and enough acidity to keep it from being syrupy. Drink

熟透的黑色水果果味,搭配烟熏烤肉和摩卡咖啡的气息,非常炎热状态的香气类型,又略显沉闷,缺乏清新感。入口紧绷严肃,但酸度暗藏玄机,随着继续陈年后酒质的清澈均衡,会展现出更好的结构。可以再放上五年期待演化,现在喝的话,配合醒酒器可能会比较容易感受其真实状态。
