10.5% alcohol. Clear light amber/copper hue, or tea-colored, as someone suggested. Wonderful bouquet of pine needles, apricots, pumpkin pie, rosemary, honey, peach syrup, nectarines. A raisined, oxidized quality reminiscent of a vin santo. Based on color and complexity I would have guessed a significantly older wine. Outstanding by itself and with raspberry panna cotta for dessert.
Just a lovely sweet, deep dessert wine. Not sure I get a ton of complexity in this, but it is a wonderful deep honey (that kindof older honey that's a bit darker and a bit less sweet and maybe just the lightest touch of smoke). Delicious.
Popped and poured. Deep deep deep golden color, starts with a strong acidity to balance the sweet, but over time that fades away and the wine becomes more of a straight syrupy flavor. Very dense and thick. Apricots and that thick honey that you get out of the little bear tubes. Paired incredibly well with a maple gelato.
