  Tasted against the Williams Selyem 06 Sonoma County, the PH was very similar but with just a touch more of everything earning it the slightly higher mark.
  
  You wouldn't go wrong serving either! But I would drink both over the next few years.

  Still expressing nice tart dark berry fruit upfront, although a bit sweet. A bit of leather and spice adds some complexity. At 14.7% ABV, the alcohol is not so evident. Green peppercorn and pinot spice in the finish. A very decent pinot, the mouth salivates for another sip. A hint of oxidation indicates this is probably best to drink up now.

  Soft tannin, OK acid, never had a lot of fruit but what it has is all up front now. Wish it had a bit more pinot smokiness in the aroma, but a good wine. Drink up if you have it. Decanted through an aerator.
