  First assessment: Medium Ruby ranging to Garnet on the rim. Pronounced nose of red fruit with olives an herbs. On the palate, pronounced intensity, medium plus acidity, medium minus body, medium tannins, long finish, medium alcohol. Candied red cherries, cranberries, strawberries, red pepperdews, black olives and dried garrigue. Slight hints of tobacco but the wine is STILL developing!

  Le vin demontrait un essoufflement certain, quelques annees trop tard, le vin manquait legerement de structure, la finale etait courte et tres acide. Par contre au nez on apppercevait des notes de boite a cigare, epices et cuir, ce qui etait quand meme bien.

  Decanted 1 hour .Deep red Beautifully perfumed and expressive nose, with smoky, syrah characters and a burnt rubber edge. Complex and attractive, with firm acidity. Lovely wine in a delicate, exotic style. Think it may still have a few years left and wish I had more of these.A bargain ,picked up with a number of other syrahs in a mixed case from Individual Wines. 12.5%abv Excellent
