Drank over three days. Light yellow. In the nose a brutal smell of spontaneous fermentation, this gets stronger on day two, but lightens up on day three. If you fight through the mist, the bouquet is awesome. Some apricot, lots of gooseberry, some lime, a lot of elderflower and some peach skin. On day three, there's also a strong note of passionfruit winegum. It's not super elegant, but super expressive. On the palate, it's juicy, extremely precise with medium acidity. On day one, it seemed very thin and diluted and became more and more expressive on days two and three. It's not broad, but very aromatic. Juicy finish with nice peachy notes with great minerality. A great Riesling if you can bear the spontaneous fermentation smell.
